| Founder’s Arthur “Kit” Weathers, DDS was a general dentist. It was here the seeds were planted, nurtured and grew into what is now Endodontic Root Camp®.

| It all began in 1991 when, from his Griffin, Georgia practice, Dr. Kit Weathers began writing the Practical Endodontics Newsletter to serve as the exclusive source of monthly endodontic information for the general dentist. The newsletter became the DentalMagic! Newsletter in 2002 and changed its focus to include other areas of interest to the general dentist, although still emphasizing endodontics.

| Building on the increasing readership of the Practical Endodontics Newsletter, Dr. Weathers launched several didactic seminars at his home facility with other leaders in the field of endodontics. In 1996, Dr. Weathers added a state-of-the art teaching facility onto his existing home/office so the first hands-on endodontic "Root Camp®" seminar could be held. Through June of 2006, there have been 76 hands-on Root Camp® seminars given at locations all over the US.

| The Root Camp® seminar series grew and soon Dr. Weathers opened a new practice limited strictly to endodontics. In 1999, they formed Practical Solutions Unlimited, Inc. |

| Many long-term satisfied students came through direct mail, Newsletter readers, Dr. Weathers’ one-day speaking engagements, word-of-mouth, and referrals from other nationally prominent speakers. |

| When he decided to take “Root Camp®” on the road to make access to this incredible education easier for dentists everywhere to get, he contacted the LVI Global (LVI) and a new alliance was born. Today LVI and Root Camp® work together to bring fun and fabulous education to dentists. |
